Not only can you ski  the Chamonix valley but you will also be taken to a selection of the 20 or so nearby  ski areas in 3 countries. The areas will be chosen on a day to day basis according to snow and weather conditions and the needs of the group. We've been running this very popular programme since 1991

7 nights based in the Chalet Savoy - Participants must be able to ski a red (intermediate) ski run.

From your comfortable chalet base, short drives of maximum one hour 15 minutes from Les Houches will bring you in private transport to a pick of some of the 20 major ski areas in the Mont Blanc region. Lift tickets are not included. You can purchase these on a daily basis and the total week's day passes should normally work out cheaper than the one week Chamonix area "Mont Blanc Unlimited" pass. Any day you don't want to ski, you don't have to pay for a ticket.

Normally chalet owner Oliver likes to ski with his guests four days in the week. Oliver, has worked in the ski business all his life. He holds the Austrian "Landeschilehrer" exam which was the highest qualification available to foreigners teaching in Austria in the 70's. He also has achieved the "British Association of Snowsport Instructors" (BASI) level 3" / ISIA (International Ski Instructor Association) and the top US ski teaching exam "PSIA 3" also with "ISIA" status. When Oliver joins in on the skiing, this is NOT an included part of the holiday and no payment is made for this. He skis with his guests simply because he wants to.

Each skiing safari week runs from Sunday to Sunday and will include:

    Every day you'll discover another amazing ski area. Chalet transport will be used to transfer you to and from the day's chosen resort in comfort.

    LIFT PASSES aren't included. You will be buying them on a daily basis at the ski areas we visit. On average the weekly cost will work out around the same as the main Chamonix lift pass, depending on where we ski during the week. Normally the total amount will be similar or cheaper than the Chamonix Mont-Blanc pass.
